Shop Detailing Drawings
Quality shop drawings are the foundation of every successful structure. Over the last 45+ years, we have built relationships with Perth’s best shop detailers in order to ensure our clients access to the highest quality drawings available.
We engage a qualified drafting team to provide complete detailing drawings and documentation for projects of all sizes, with concrete panel drawings available on request. Our subcontractors capture and create working drawings, building a complete 3D model from your structural drawings. This then allows them to generate NC and DXF files, and a detailed bill of materials report categorised into different sectors of necessary products. This includes nuts, bolts, treatments and any specialty items to ensure supply clarity pre-build.
A detailed 3D viewing model is then generated that shows your finished product, which you can view from all angles. This step is crucial to a streamlined project, providing you with a clear understanding and visual of how your structure is put together down to the most complex components. Every detailing drawing we provide meets the highest BIM (Building Information Modelling) requirements, ensuring smooth future updates and structural improvements.

Steel Fabrication
With more than 45 years of experience in steel, we continue to refine our processes, improve our methods and develop industry-leading expertise in every area of fabrication. This allows us to stand behind the quality of every item which leaves our workshop.
Structural Steel Fabrication
Our workshop is fitted with the latest technology in structural steel processing and is equipped with all machinery needed to supply fabrication for a wide range of projects. From processing to assembly and fabrication, everything we do is driven by quality and safety practices that exceed industry standards.
After fabrication, each product is carefully inspected to ensure it meets our rigorous criteria. Then, once the welds are complete they’re examined again for quality. We even employ external accredited organisations for ultrasonic and mag particle testing to assure our clients that all welds are compliant.
It’s this uncompromising attention to quality and detail that has got us to where we are today.
Plate Steel Fabrication
Our plate steel fabrication capabilities mean we can deliver a full range of mining and resources structures to suit any requirements.
Surface Treatment
We provide a wide range of surface treatments, ensuring our clients’ infrastructure stands the test of time in WA’s harsh environments.
Paint Treatments
After fabrication, we apply paint treatments such as powder treatment and protective treatments (to prevent corrosion or protect against fire). We also provide additional quality checks and documentation supplied to outline the total scope of works.
Galvanising Treatments
Galvanising treatments enable us to create tougher steel, and give your products that signature silver/grey colouring. Quality documentation is available on request, with all material returning to our workshop for a full inspection to check for straightness, pressed edges, vented exposure and ensuring that all holes are filled and treated. Not a single item leaves our yard unless it is indisputably straight.

With our in-depth knowledge of the nuances of steel structure installation, we will enlist a team of fully qualified and accredited riggers that we trust to meet our exacting standards.
As safety is a priority when erecting steel structures, we only work with riggers who employ full health and safety documentation and SWMS to document their process for identifying and controlling health and safety hazards and risks. This allows us to fully analyse each activity for hazards and potential incidents to minimise the risks in undertaking your installation. We also provide plant and equipment registers for every project.
